US Trailer Manufacturing 2-year Limited Warranty
Duration of Warranty
Limited Warranty
US Trailer Manufacturing, 1050 Worth St. Mount Airy NC 27030 warrants to the original consumer purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by purchaser that its trailer shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship attributable to the warrantor. Excluded from this two-year warranty are electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, sealant, paint, and undercoating which are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Warranty is for normal use in the Continental United States and is not for rented or commercial hauling/use.
Excluded From Warranty
US Trailer Manufacturing is not responsible for claims related to: (1) defacing, scratches, dents, chips, tears, on any surface not caused by the warrantor (2) routine maintenance (3) damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, abuse, misuse or neglect. (4) damage caused by improper hitch or tow hookup (5) component parts covered by separate supplier warranty. US Trailer Manufacturing reserves the right for final determination whether product has been misused or abused.
Warrantors Obligation
US Trailer Manufacturing shall elect to remedy defects in materials and workmanship caused by same at its discretion by repair, replacement or refund, if replacement or repair is not possible. All defective products shall be delivered to manufacturers address above unless prior written approval is obtained from US Trailer Manufacturing. US Trailer Manufacturing may at its discretion select another qualified location for the repair to be completed. US Trailer Manufacturing will not in any way be obligated to pay for repairs made without is specific approval and all costs incurred in shipping or delivery of products for warranty service shall be responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchasers Obligation
Purchaser must notify US Trailer Manufacturing of any defects within fifteen (15) days after it is or should have been discovered. Purchaser must complete and return warranty card within fifteen (15) days of purchase to obtain warranty service.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
US Trailer Manufacturing shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages or contingent liabilities resulting from any product defects, including loss of trailer, revenue, or other commercial loss, use of rental equipment or loss of time and convenience or any other damages, general or specific, foreseen or unforeseen.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. No action to enforce this warranty shall be commenced later than 6 months after the discovery of any defect or after the expiration of the warranty period. Any action to enforce this warranty will be subject to the laws of the state of North Carolina and venue will be consider proper in Dobson, North Carolina.
